While there are thousands of attractions, big and small on Vancouver Island, many of them are sadly overlooked by travelers who may be in a hurry to get to their final destination when on vacation. Take it from me, the ones I write about in this section are well worth spending the extra few hours or at most, a day, to get where you are going.
